3. Return Process

- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions once your return request is approved.
- Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and include the RA number on the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
